Learn to handstand - 5 week course

Ashton Park Sports Centre (parking available and bus links from Bristol city centre)

Every Thursday 6.30 - 8.30pm

Over 5 weeks we’ll work from the ground up, building solid foundations and working towards handstand.

Explore alignment, flexibility, specific strength, core integration and how to create balance.

Learn to kick-up to the wall, and explore different shapes and entries into the handstand such as tuck, pike and straddle.

Every handstand journey is different, we all start with different qualities! This course will be limited to a small group so theres plenty of time to give lots of support to each individual on the course.

T’s + C’s Payments will be made via BACS, if you need to cancel the course prior to starting I have a 1 week cancellation policy in which you can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 1 week before the course. If you cancel within 7 days before to the course I can offer you a full refund only if your place resells minus a £10 admin fee. Once the course has started, any missed sessions will not be refunded.
