This class is a free session, helping you work through the pre-reqs for this years Solar Immersion in December.
The immersion is perfect for those who have done a bit of acro and are keen to learn more, especially if you’re interested in doing more standing acro.
If you’ve only done a class or two but love the practice, we have time to get you ready! The pre-reqs require you to have a basic understanding of the practice but are quiteaccessible.
What we’ll be covering:
Warm up drills inc. press into tripod headstand and handstand with spotter
Front plank press and swivels (base and fly)
Throne presses (base and fly)
Star (base and fly)
Free shoulder stand (base OR fly)
Back plank presses (base OR fly)
Barrel Rolls (base OR fly)
F2h L-basing (base OR fly)
Tuck sit (base OR fly)

Join us for our annual Solar Acrobatics Immersion with Erica Montes and Pascal Weis!
This will be my 6th year and I speak from the heart when I say it’s one of my favourite things every year I look forward to :) We have 2 amazing teachers for 2023, so the content will be influenced by their specific skills.
We also have 3 great Acroyoga International certified assistants joining us from the UK!
Expect 4 days of a complete immersion into acroyoga. This 30hr training will give you a solid foundation of the practice from solo and group warm-ups, L-basing, standing tricks and washing machines. Check out the video below to see last years 2022 event!
This intensive emphasises the incredible community that acroyoga has at its core. Expect to leave with a group of new friends from around the globe and quite possibly see a familiar face or two if you are already part of it. Our community is GLOBAL and this is the beauty of it, as I travel to various places I am seeing people in Bristol that I met in Sydney, people in Sydney that knows someone I know I London… the list goes on.
Acroyoga is an exquisite practice and it has bought an incredible amount of joy to my life. I highly recommend joining in the fun!
